Grade 2 listed residential refurbishment.
Waterloo Mansions is a grade 2 listed building. The works for this project comprise of the refurbishment of the external envelope of Bays 1-8 of Waterloo Mansions, including replacement of roof finishes, leadwork, render repairs, window/door repairs and replacement, brickwork repair and repointing, repairs to architectural metalwork, and redecoration of external finishes
All works were carried out with consideration of the conservation and listing status of the building, using appropriate materials and techniques to ensure the preservation of the building’s character and physical condition and integrity in line with good conservation practice.
Works included:

Remedial works to chimneys.

Remove roof, battens and felt and renew.

Renew roof tiles.

Renew / remedial works to brickwork renders and cornices.

Replace gutters and facias.

Install liquid applied walkways.
