Our Story

Proud of our past, as we look to our future

60 Years of Building Futures

Family-owned businesses are often known for their commitment to employees, customers, and the community, fostering a sense of loyalty and stability, we are no exception to that rule.

Paving the Way

we are deeply committed to prioritising health and safety, driving innovation, and championing sustainability across all our operations.

Building Blocks of Change

From the Director to Contracts Managers, everyone has experienced the ground-up journey.  Empowering employees to take ownership of their work, acknowledging that each individual contributes to the company's success.

Effective Leadership

The business prioritises mental health by offering free counselling services to all stakeholders. We foster open discussions to combat stigma, and encourage seeking help.

Keeping on the Right Track

Working towards a more inclusive future through initiatives like Disability Confident and programs supporting women in construction.

Bridging the Gap

The Walker Construction Trust is vital in making a positive impact and creating a difference within our community.
