A construction and rail industry veteran, rose from Site Agent in 1993 to become the first non-family Managing Director in 2013. He played key roles in rail division development, safety implementation, and now champions industry diversity, focusing on attracting young talent to address the skills gap.

A long standing member of Walker Construction, began his career in 1979 at the family's Tool Hire Centre. He progressed through various leadership roles, including Managing Director of Star Plant, before becoming Company Chairman in 2012. Steve is dedicated to the business and its people.

Joining Walker Construction in 2002, Darryl has led the Midlands office team, producing award winning work across various sectors. Skilled in leadership, client relationships, and operational management, Darryl is passionate about employee development.

With over 40 years of experience, began his career at Lloyds Bank before joining Walker Construction 35 years ago. He has held various roles in the company's financial department. In 2012, Paul became Finance Director.

    Starting as an apprentice and progressing through various roles over the past 40 years. In 2017, Martin was appointed Director of the Southern Section. His extensive experience and leadership skills drive high-quality project delivery.
