transform an area of disused land into an industrial estate.
Works comprised the erection of 3 industrial buildings split into 7 trading units along with all associated groundworks and services. This included a new substation, power supply and new mains gas installations. New water supplies and drainage systems were designed and installed also. Access roads in and out were constructed along with permeable paving and pedestrian access routes.
The units had office space, kitchen facilities and toilets. The main area of each unit was accessed by fully automated roller shutter doors.
Asbestos contaminated ground was discovered after the initial surveys supplied by the client. This prevented work starting until January 2019 after the original start date was postponed. All the survey work was inaccurate so a full new survey had to be carried out.

Once works were completed, the client was very happy and hosted a lovely opening ceremony celebration.
