A new car park & drainage.
The works for this project comprised of the construction of a new car park, including all drainage. Street lighting to be installed, landscaping works and new fencing.
The new design for the car park had to make sure the levels were designed so that the surface water would drain away as the area was a flood area previously.
Whilst delivering the works it was a requirement to leave some of the car park operational whilst installing the new car park area.
Additional works on this project included new gates, bark mulch and hoarding & fencing.
On this project we were able to offer alternate materials, this saved the client money and also looked more effective with the landscaping area behind.
