We are looking for an individual who is experienced in plant and materials buying to work in our Folkestone based Buying Department, co-ordinating with our Divisional Directors and staff in respect of their material and plant needs. A good salary is offered depending on experience of the applicant.

CIVIL ENGINEERING FOREMAN
We are looking for experienced individuals with the necessary ability and drive to assist the Site Agents with the management of labour, plant and material resources. You will need to be experienced in managing a team and completing projects including road works, new roads, drainage, kerbing and surface dressings. Driving licence essential and NSWQR qualification/plant licence an advantage. We offer a good salary parckage for this position being dependant on the experience of tha applicant with possible overtime, 21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, PPE and tools supplied.

TECHNICIAN / QUANTITY SURVEYORS
A competitive salary package is offered for this position which would suit junior staff wishing to make a career in Quantity Surveying working on a wide range of Building, Civil and Rail Projects.

EXPERIENCED BUILDING FOREMAN
We offer up to £30k pa and possible overtime, 21 days holiday + Bank Holidays, PPE and tools supplied. Company vehicle will be supplied. You will be experienced in managing a team to complete a wide range of Rail, Commercial and Public Building Works. Driving licence essential and NSWQR qualifications / plant licence an advantage.

SETTING OUT ENGINEER / ASSISTANT SITE AGENT
Competitive salary package + company car. This position would suit a Setting-out Engineer with experience of co-ordinate setting-out who is looking to progress to a management role. Driving licence essential. Computer experience an advantage.
