Stade Street, Hythe.

This project consisted of the demolition of an old pair of Victorian semi’s that had been converted to bed sits for a local hotel.
This was replaced with a terrace of three, three storey houses with double garages to the rear.

Naildown Close, Hythe

An imaginative development of five detached executive houses built on the old railway line at Seabrook.
Over three floors, the main entrance being at mid floor level with a double garage each, large family room and second lounge on the top floor maximising the wonderful sea views.

The Old Post Office, Hythe

A development consisting of the conversion into two units of the Old Post Office building, a terrace of three three bedroom homes over three floors and a detached unit to the rear all with undercroft parking and a secured gated access for vehicles.

Newmans Close, Hythe

The redevelopment of the old Newman’s Yard (a commercial vehicle repair depot and furniture storage facility) in a prime residential area within level walking distance of the town and sea.
The architectural designed scheme consisted of 18 houses and three apartments built in two phases and completed in 2005.

Studio Cottage, Etchinghill - Under Offer

A unique conversion and part new build of a two bedroom cottage.
Modern Italian designed kitchen, under floor heating to the ground floor, 1st floor balcony.
Set in the picturesque village of Etchinghill close to the New Inn public house and golf course.
