INTRODUCTION

Walker Quality Homes was set up as a division of Walker Construction (UK) Ltd in 1999 to meet the demands of the speculative house building market with a specialist team dedicated to house building including conversions and new developments.

The division is headed at Director Level by Trevor Mclellan and employs a Development Manager – John Wheller, a Site Agent and a small team of experienced operatives.

To meet the high standards of NHBC and Building Control a select group of specialist sub contract trades people are on hand when required, some of which have been working as part of the team since the inception of the division.

Working to date within a twenty mile radius of their head office in Folkestone Walker Quality Homes has built a reputation for quality, reliability and integrity.

Furthermore, with a civil engineering background, the more difficult sites can be tackled without a major issue.

Walker Quality Homes has dynamic expansion plans for development in the Hythe area, marketed in association with C.R.Child and Partners.
