Company Objectives

02       To set targets at Divisional level and monitor Customer feedback scores.

03       To gain certification to the Water Industry Registration Scheme.

04       To review and change the system of annual competency assessments – change them into appraisals that the Divisional Directors/Managers can undertake on their staff.

05       Investigate ways of delivering an award scheme to do with Safety and Environmental on sites.

06       To establish a regular means of gathering information in order to calculate the company carbon footprint.

07       To investigate further the options of reducing the company carbon footprint or establishing how to offset the carbon footprint.

08       To standardise the Walker Training Procedures.

09       To promote the understanding of Quality and Environmental Planning within the Rail Division.

10       To extend the scope of approval to include Walker Coatings (HSS 19a) and Walker Training (IMS).

11       To establish a way of collecting contract performance data – KPI’s – On Network Rail Contracts.
