Company Objectives

To Minimise Accidents And Incidents – Taking steps to reduce accidents and incidents will result in a safe workforce, a reduction in insurance claims, increase in productivity, reduce uninsured losses and less time spent on investigation and reporting.
To Engage More Closely With Our Supply Chain – clients are now expecting principal contractors to be actively encouraging their subcontractors to improve their performance in both health and safety and the environmental arenas.  We need to ensure that our subcontractors not only fully appreciate the levels of HSE performance we expect from them but are also aware of the pressures on us from our clients.
To Reduce The Incidence Of Injury And Damage Resulting From Driving At Work – Driving related accidents last year cost the company around £100,000.  We are now a member of Brake, a road safety charity and are working towards the Pledge 2 Drive Safely campaign which will hopefully help  promote safe driving and reduce fleet costs.
To Review And Enhance Our Environmental Arrangements – To undertake a full review of our environmental management arrangements across the company, assess what action may be required and take steps to implement any changes identified.
Carbon Footprint – establish regular means of gathering information to calculate our annual carbon footprint and to investigate further the options of reducing our footprint and establish how we can offset this.
Arrange And Hold A Supplier Day – to engage with our subcontractors and ensure that they understand what is expected of them with regards to Health, Safety and Environmental aspects when working on our sites.
